Eligible proposals may include systematic reviews, meta-analyses, scoping reviews, original studies, AI or biomedical engineering, subject to feasibility and scientific approval.
Build a verifiable portfolio
Project certificates, public research records where available, courses and exam simulations. Recommendation letters depend on the scientific lead’s assessment.

The discount applies to the standard rate of the selected category. Cohort size and eligibility for each plan require verification in the agreement.

Introduce your association
Use the association form. Prepare the organization, country, public website, authorized representative, proposed cohort and scientific interests. An inquiry has no payment obligation.

Agree the programme
Confirm eligibility, cohort verification, monthly rates, duration, member responsibilities, coordination and authorized communications in writing.

Invite members to activate
Share approved instructions through your own channels. Each person decides and activates individually; do not send a full member database.

Launch and review together
Match eligible members to suitable supervised work and review aggregate participation, feedback and agreed outputs.

Scientific integrity
Active members are guaranteed a suitable supervised assignment: their preferred project or an appropriate alternative. Up to two concurrent projects depend on plan, profile and capacity. Membership never buys authorship or guarantees journal acceptance.
Institutional independence
Collaborator affiliations and ongoing discussions are not signed institutional partnerships. No hospital or university endorsement is implied.
Responsible data use
Agree member verification with minimal data. The association receives aggregate participation information, not private clinical records or personal assessments.
Clear scope and recognition
An approved agreement defines the coordinator, permitted logo use, verified public recognition, benefits, complaints and renewal. No exclusivity, commissions or agency is implied.
Make the agreement visible when it is active.
After signature and approval, agree how to recognize the association, the initiating leader and a designated contact. Publish a logo or personal contact only with authorization. Recognition does not replace the signed agreement.

Member income contributes to scientific and technical teams, AI and biomedical engineering, research and publication costs, and community-health programmes including eligible psychological support through telemedicine.

Must our association pay for all members?
No. The association coordinates an eligible cohort. Each member chooses whether to activate; payment and verification follow the signed agreement.
Who qualifies for these rates?
Both membership categories have their own rates and eligibility. Student and young-professional eligibility, clinical/professional status and the association benefit are verified before activation under the signed agreement.
Are publication and authorship guaranteed?
No. Authorship requires substantive scientific contributions and applicable criteria. Project approval and journal decisions are independent of membership payment.
How is the discount band verified?
Agree the eligible active cohort and verification method before launch. An expected cohort in this calculator is not an approved band or a confirmed price.
Can we request a specialty observatory or group activity?
Yes. Propose a specialty, local research need or an education activity. Scope, capacity, supervision and any additional costs are reviewed before approval.
