Colombia membership transfers

microscopIA SAS uses the member’s name, citizenship ID number, account email, plan eligibility evidence and transfer receipt to verify eligibility, reconcile payments and administer access. Submit the payment receipt and, for first activation only, the Cédula number and copy through the dedicated Finance form at global.microscopiatech.com/forms/colombia-membership.

Monthly renewals do not require another ID copy. For assistance: finance@microscopiatech.com. Authorized staff handle these records for these purposes and applicable legal obligations, not public profiles or advertising. Request access, correction or deletion through our privacy contact, subject to mandatory record retention.

Monthly reminders are administrative communications.

02

Who is responsible

microscopIA SAS, Bogotá, Colombia, is the contact for this public notice. A research agreement or clinical service may identify additional controllers or institutional custodians. Their responsibilities must be settled before protected information is collected.

03

What we collect

Depending on the service, we receive contact and professional details, affiliation and eligibility information, applications, booking and membership information, support correspondence and transaction references. Global collects limited first-party usage events. Bookings on microscopiatech.com and Stripe payments also involve their respective service providers.

Clinical and research records belong in separate approved workflows.

04

Why we use information

We respond to requests, evaluate applications, provide services, administer accounts and bookings, process payments and contributions, handle disputes, secure our systems, and maintain records required by applicable law. Marketing requires its own permission or lawful basis.

Private records are not a source for public search or the AI assistant.

05

Payments and Stripe

Stripe processes payment and customer information to complete transactions and manage fraud and disputes. microscopIA receives transaction references and limited payment-method details, not complete card numbers through its Global checkout. The checkout and applicable terms should identify the merchant, price, currency, frequency and cancellation or refund conditions.

A direct Stripe link and the linked booking checkout have their own privacy information. Contributions to a named initiative follow its accepted allocation terms; donors do not gain access to patient information or priority in care.

06

Clinical information and minors

Public forms, ordinary email, search and chat are not clinical intake channels. Do not submit patient names, records, clinical narratives, guardian IDs or consent documents there. Psychological services require a separate approved process for location, eligibility, consent, emergency contacts, secure records and authorized access.

Pilot sessions are not recorded. Future recording requires an approved process and optional, specific consent. Guardian authorization is required for eligible minors where care is permitted.

07

Recipients and disclosures

Authorized team members and contracted providers may process information within their assigned roles. Depending on the pathway, these include hosting, booking and membership platforms, Stripe, approved forms, communications, video and enabled AI services.

Researchers or clinicians receive protected information only under the applicable agreement and authority. Necessary disclosures may occur under law or a proportionate safety response. We do not provide clinical records to donors or use confidential submissions to train a public assistant.

08

International processing

Visitors and teams may be in different countries. Processing or access can occur outside a visitor’s country. Before sensitive clinical or research transfers, the responsible team must verify applicable legal authority, agreements, access controls and safeguards.

Publishing a policy does not authorize telemedicine in every patient location.

09

Security and retention

Public collection is minimized; protected work requires role-based access, secure transfer and incident processes. No internet service can promise absolute security. Global schedules first-party analytics deletion after 13 months and deletion of unaccepted publication-planner simulations after 90 days.

Accepted work, finance, booking and clinical records have separate applicable legal and professional schedules; a single period does not govern them all.

10

Your rights and choices

Applicable law may provide access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and withdrawal rights. Withdrawal does not automatically erase records that must lawfully be retained. Use the contact route below, identify the site or service and describe the request without sensitive attachments.

Material changes to this notice will be dated here; service-specific consent and provider notices give further detail.

11

Optional usage measurement

Global does not measure activity in Exam Center participant workspaces, simulated clinical histories or clinical document workflows. Browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded from our first-party usage measurement.

This choice applies to Global measurement; external booking, form and payment providers have their own settings. Server security and essential account or transaction records remain separate.
