1 · Define the agreement
Confirm the association’s legal identity, authorized representative, member band, desired services, countries and expected participation.
2 · Agree the benefit
Sign the service schedule: discount per service, eligible members, verification, duration, capacity, payment, refunds, promotion and renewal. No fee is due for an inquiry.
3 · Promote to your community
The association distributes approved information through its own lawful channels. A named coordinator manages questions and member eligibility.
4 · Review participation
Review aggregate uptake and feedback at the agreed interval. Renew or adjust prospectively; already confirmed bookings keep their accepted conditions.

Member benefits with clear responsibilities.
Fair eligibility
Count verified active members once. Use a count attestation or privacy-preserving eligibility check instead of sending a full member list. Small associations may request an individual review; no minimum purchase is implied.
Transparent pricing
The written offer defines the reference price, discount, taxes, currency, expiry, eligible services and whether other offers can be combined. Society size does not guarantee an unquoted percentage.
Independent promotion
Each association promotes within its own consent and communication rules. Approved logo use does not create agency, exclusivity or authority to bind microscopIA. No commissions, resale rights or referral payments are implied.
Protected members
Members accept their own service terms. Associations receive aggregate programme metrics, not private assessment results, recordings or clinical information. Research participation never purchases authorship.
Responsible administration
The agreement assigns complaints, refunds, data roles, incident contacts, suspension and termination. It cannot waive mandatory member rights or cancel paid bookings without an appropriate remedy.
