Prepare your request
- Purpose: academic, residency, fellowship, employment, scholarship, research or another application.
- Receiving institution or person, deadline with time zone and submission instructions.
- Projects, dates, supervisors, responsibilities, specific contributions and relevant evidence.
- Current CV and any required letter format or evaluation questions.
How it is reviewed
microscopIA reviews and verifies the information, then forwards the request to an appropriate authorized referee. Depending on documented work and supervision, this may be Dr. Agamenón Quintero Villarreal, Dr. Joseph L. Nates, Jorge Racedo or another authorized referee.
Submission does not guarantee a letter. Any letter must accurately reflect verified participation, performance, roles and contributions. Missing information may delay processing.

Share professional information with care
Do not include patient information, clinical data, passwords or identity documents unless an authorized process expressly requires them. Requests are verified and routed to an authorized representative; they are not automatically published.
