Certificates and professional references
Certificates follow the eligibility schedule for each plan. Professional reference-letter requests require four completed consecutive active months in good standing and verified contributions; issuance remains at the authorized referee’s discretion. For Clinicians and Investigators, institutional certificates are available from month 3; references retain their separate requirements.

- Each project title, responsible PI, dates, role, contributions and current status.
- Requested language, receiving institution, deadline and delivery instructions.
- Supporting records or links without confidential research or patient data.
How it is reviewed
microscopIA verifies the records and forwards the request to the authorized project or Network representative.
Certificates distinguish planned, ongoing, submitted, under-review and published work. Participation is not automatically authorship, a professional license or a degree.
Share professional information with care
Do not include patient information, clinical data, passwords or identity documents unless an authorized process expressly requires them. Requests are verified and routed to an authorized representative; they are not automatically published.
