The default order highlights approved, attributable public outputs. Counts support discovery; they do not measure impact, seniority, authorship position, or a person’s value. Every public member remains searchable.

The directory separates public professional discovery from internal collaboration records.
New profiles publish only after consent and approval. The existing public roster remains clearly labelled while consent and affiliation records are renewed; contact details and internal records stay private.
An approved data feed can update roles, initiative memberships, fields, and locations without rebuilding the page.
A named administrator verifies spelling, affiliation, role, consent, and publication status before a profile becomes visible.
