Dated letter in English committing to cover all expenses if accepted: travel, accommodation, meals, local transport, visa, insurance, institutional/admin charges and other required costs.

microscopIA processes the request with Dr. Nates. Selection is his decision, subject to host institutional requirements, availability and approval. The form requires authorization to share the request with him.
No guaranteed placement, funding, visa or elective credit. Observation does not authorize direct patient care. Complete host onboarding before confirming travel.
