Education for better decisions

Build skills that move healthcare evidence into action.

Choose concise videos, structured courses, live network activities, or guided individual and group practice. Every format makes its scope, language, requirements, price, and learning outcome clear before you enrol.

Four ways to learn

Start with the format that matches your goal.

Education and research participation are related but separate: enrolling in a course never purchases authorship or guarantees publication.

Video library

Clinical and research learning, one decision at a time.

Clinical reasoning

USMLE clinical reasoning

Work through structured clinical reasoning and communication without replacing qualified clinical instruction or patient care.

Learning with clear boundaries

Trust is part of the learning design.

01

Education, not patient care

Standardized-patient encounters are simulations. They do not provide diagnosis, treatment, referral, or emergency advice.

02

Privacy by design

Do not submit real patient information in a course or booking form. Recording requires advance notice and appropriate consent.

03

Authorship is earned

Course payment or enrolment never confers authorship. Authorship requires a qualifying contribution, approval, and accountability.

04

Research is a separate pathway

To contribute to live research, review eligibility, responsibilities, ethics, supervision, fees, and terms on Join a Project.

Education FAQ

The details learners and institutions need before deciding.

01Are the programmes theoretical or hands-on?

They are applied. Each programme states its activities, deliverables, feedback, and prerequisites before enrolment.

02Is prior statistical experience required?

Not for introductory activities. Advanced courses state any required methods, software, or research experience.

03Are sessions recorded?

Only when the activity says so and the necessary permissions are in place. The page must state access duration and recording policy before booking.

04Does a course guarantee publication or authorship?

No. Journals decide independently, and authorship depends on a qualifying contribution—not payment or attendance.

05Can microscopIA train a hospital, university, or professional team?

Yes. Programmes can be adapted to clinical research, evidence synthesis, scientific writing, health economics, geospatial analysis, innovation, or portfolio development.

06What should never be submitted through Education?

Do not submit patient identifiers, clinical databases, confidential institutional records, or unpublished research data through general course or booking forms.
