MICROSCOPIA FELLOWS PROGRAM
Selective talent-development support for scientific leadership in practice.
At microscopIA’s discretion, selected students and young professionals may receive up to 12 months of support for research, innovation, policy or real-world implementation.
The Fellows Program is distinct from the project-level Global Research Support Fellowship for low-income-economy research.

microscopIA recognizes outstanding documented performance each quarter: January–March, April–June, July–September and October–December. Applications are reviewed after each quarter. Recognition is based on contribution, scientific quality, reliability, teamwork, integrity and impact—not payment or seniority alone.
A documented selection
microscopIA reviews eligibility and contributions, manages conflicts of interest, and notifies applicants by email. Selected Fellows receive a dated recognition certificate and may opt into a public profile. No employment, funding or publication outcome is guaranteed.

Talent development and project support are not interchangeable.
microscopIA Fellows Program
Applicants must have active microscopIA membership and participation in at least two projects during the preceding six months. Membership eligibility is verified during review. Selective, time-limited support for selected students and young professionals. Selection may consider leadership, academic and research record, innovation, integrity, execution, teamwork, communication, originality, impact, alignment and feasibility.
Global Research Support Fellowship
Project-level scientific support for qualifying low-income-economy research. Up to 20 projects per month may be supported subject to quality, feasibility, ethics readiness, data readiness, impact and microscopIA capacity.
