Accessibility

A website designed for more people to perceive, understand, and use.

microscopIA targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the public site and considers accessibility an ongoing operating commitment.

Our approach

Accessible design is part of quality—not a final checkbox.

We use semantic structure, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus, readable contrast, responsive layouts, descriptive labels, motion preferences, clear language, and alternatives for meaningful media.

01

Supported interaction

Core pages and navigation are intended to work with keyboard input, modern screen readers, zoom, reflow, and common mobile assistive features.

02

Language and clarity

Visitors can select English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German. Content aims to explain scientific and contractual ideas without unnecessary jargon.

03

Media

Videos should receive captions or transcripts before final publication. Decorative images use empty alternatives; meaningful visuals require useful descriptions.

04

Forms

Labels, instructions, required fields, errors, file limits, privacy notices, and confirmation states should be available programmatically and in plain language.

05

Known transfer work

Wix widgets, Smart Chat, Jotform, Google Calendar, external course platforms, and payment interfaces require a separate accessibility review after their final configuration.

06

Request an accommodation

If a barrier prevents access, use Contact and describe the page, task, device or assistive technology, and preferred response format. Do not include unnecessary health details.

07

Review cycle

Accessibility is checked at launch, after material templates or integrations change, and when a barrier is reported.

08

Compatibility limits

Very old browsers or third-party content may behave differently. microscopIA will provide a reasonable alternative where practicable.

Report a barrier

Tell us what prevented access and the format that would help.

microscopIA routes each request to the most appropriate team and next step.
