Network leadership
Consolidate national and international networks, bring specialists into the programme and serve as its visible clinical representative.
Research and innovation
Advance ROP projects, support AI initiatives and coordinate clinical priorities, methods and institutional collaboration.
Responsible funding
Identify funding calls and opportunities, develop proposals and support fundraising transparently while preserving scientific independence.
Proposed compensation
A proposed 10% of funds actually obtained is conditional on funder rules, the approved budget, applicable law and institutional policies. A prior written agreement must define eligible funds, calculation basis, attribution, milestones and payment. No success fee or contingent commission is promised or earned where the grant prohibits it. In such cases, only an expressly permitted alternative remuneration arrangement may be agreed.
