Monday–Thursday · 09:00–12:00 Colombia time. Wix Bookings will show availability in the visitor’s local time zone. The booking form asks for the purpose, organisation, evidence type, and questions for the call.

Prefer a conversation?
01Does submission mean acceptance?+
No. Every proposal is reviewed for scientific value, ethics, permissions, data quality, feasibility, capacity, and likely decision value.
02Can patient data be attached?+
No. Public intake forms must not contain patient identifiers or clinical databases. An approved secure transfer route is provided only after review and agreement.
03When does the service timeline begin?+
Only after the project is approved, the agreement and required declarations are signed, the first payment is received, and the complete research package passes the ready-to-start gate.
04Who will contact me?+
The request is routed to the relevant scientific lead. Call bookings and notifications are assigned to Jorge Racedo through the final Wix configuration.
